PURPOSE: Shoes having electrical heating wire and coolant material are provided to offer the proper shoes for preparing for the weather conditions of four seasons and to give an effect of regulating the temperature by checking change of weather and temperature according to four seasons. CONSTITUTION: The shoes having electrical heating wire and coolant material includes; an artificial intelligence computer processor and chip for controlling each equipment of whole circuit configured in the shoes(1); an electrical heating wire of a heating element; a cooling material, such as a coolant material used for astronaut's clothes; a checking device for measuring the temperature and humidity of outer air; a battery for power supply; a sensor box for the automatic control of the temperature; and also a fire extinguisher.
