PURPOSE: A method of producing cold noodles(naengmyon) by using Acanthopanacis Cortex having a pharmacological action of treating hypertension, arteriosclerosis, diabetics or the like is provided. Therefore, the product has an effect of improving health, together with characteristic taste and flavor of Acanthopanacis Cortex. CONSTITUTION: Acanthopanacis Cortex is washed, steamed at 100deg.C for 50 to 60min, dried with hot air and then ground. Then, 7% by weight of Acanthopanacis Cortex powder is mixed with 81% by weight of wheat flour, 5% by weight of buckwheat flour, 5% by weight of sweet potato starch, 3% by weight of wheat starch, 0.5% by weight of sodium bicarbonate and 0.5% by weight of salt, the mixture is kneaded with water in a ratio of 2:8, extruded from a noodle-making machine and cut to a specified size. |
