PURPOSE: Provided is a rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin excellent in impact-resistance, gloss, and chemical-resistance, which is produced by blending a graft copolymer containing rubber highly and a styrene copolymer. CONSTITUTION: The rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin is produced by blending the graft copolymer and the styrene copolymer, wherein the graft copolymer has a molecular weight distribution of more than 2.3 to mix with various kinds of styrene copolymers and is produced by injecting and reacting 0-40wt%(based on the total amount of monomers) of the monomers and adding 0-50wt%(based on the total amount of the monomers) of the monomers when the conversion rate of the firstly injected monomers is 20-100% and then adding the rest monomers when the conversion rate is 30-100%.
