METHOD FOR MULTICONNECTION SERVICE ON UPNP NETWORK

PURPOSE: A method for a multiconnection service on a UPnP(Universal Plug and Play) network is provided to improve the performance of an IGD(Internet Gateway Device) by providing differential QoS(Quality of Service) with minimal configuration to various traffic in a home network, and efficiently realize QoS. CONSTITUTION: Packets of a specific class lost due to packet transfer rate are dropped to be separated and controlled. The separated packets of the specific class are classified into control packets, real-time packets, and data packets. Service orders of the classified packets are decided. A layer3 forwarding service satisfying scheduling to the scheduled packets is provided.
