PURPOSE: A ceiling panel assembly is provided to manufacture, keep and carry a frame easily by installing a ceiling panel in the arched shape on a ceiling. CONSTITUTION: The ceiling panel assembly comprises: an end frame(20) installed adjacently to a wall to support the end of a panel(10); and end fixtures(30) interposed to the middle of the end frame(20) at regular intervals to fix the end frame(20) to a wall and to support the end frame(20) which is bent in the arched shape by external pressure not to be straightened. The construction method for a ceiling panel assembly comprises the steps of: describing an arc on a wall where the end of a ceiling panel is fixed, and interposing many end fixtures(30) to a fixture fitting groove of the end frame; arranging the end fixtures fixed to the middle of the end frame at the regular intervals and fixing one of the end fixtures to a wall; fixing the remaining end fixture to a wall along an arc of the wall and bending up the end frame in the arched shape and fixing the end fixtures; and placing one end of the ceiling panel on the upper part of the end frame fixed to a wall.
