FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for winding thread-like materials onto mandrels, reels, etc. Proposed machine contains rotary drive, mandrel, mandrel clamping unit consisting of fixed spindle and movable spring-loaded spindle, thread layer consisting of movable carriage and its drive and two limit change-over switches interacting with carriage in turn. One limit switch is made movable in direction parallel to axis of mandrel, being mechanically coupled with movable spindle. Carriage drive of thread layer is made in form of step motor connected with carriage through lead screw. ^ EFFECT: simplified design of winding machine, improved quality of obtained articles. ^ 1 dwg |
