FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating diseases of internal ocular membranes and vitreous body accompanied with transudation, exudation and hemorrhages. One should cut out a fragment out of vascularized extraocular tissues oriented along the axis of patient's eyeball, then it should be put aside with its top towards limbus. Transitionally one should apply the fragment through suprachorioidal space through two trans-scleral incisions. One incision is made at the fragment's bottom, another one - at some distance being equal to 60-80% against the length of fragment's bottom. A strip of allotransplant made of visceral fascia should be applied above the fragment, and, also, one should apply it transitionally through suprachorioidal space. One should fix the fragment and allotransplant at the surface of patient's eyeball with sutures to sclera. The method enables to increase efficiency of operations of revascularized type due to draining suprachorioidal space and stimulating metabolic processes in internal membranes of patient's eyeball and vitreous body. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of surgical therapy. ^ 1 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex, 2 tbl |
