PURPOSE: An LED(Light Emitting Diode) Marine lantern improving sea working environment is provided to minimize trouble factors of a light source module and easily repair on the sea. CONSTITUTION: An LED Marine lantern comprises a lower lantern body(100) having an opened upper part and a control module operated according to the sunshine amount information therein; an intermediate lantern body(200) which is mounted to an upper part of the lower lantern body with a hinge to be opened or closed, and which has a hole(220) at the middle part thereof; and an upper lantern body(300) including a ring bar(310), a terminal, a light emitting module(330), and an upper cover(340).
