PURPOSE: Provided is an allergy palliating and preventing composition which does not incur any harmful side effect, such as rubefaction, papule and itch, and prevents the extrication of histamine being the main factor of the allergy while inhibiting nitric oxide related to the inflammation. CONSTITUTION: The allergy palliating and preventing composition comprises 0.05-5.0wt.% of hesperidin or methylhesperidin, and additives selected from perfume, colorant, disinfectant, antioxidant, antiseptic, moisturizer, thickener, mineral, and synthetic polymer. The composition is made in the form of a body lotion, a body cleanser, or a soap.
