PURPOSE: A blind manufacturing method using a bamboo blind slat and structure thereof are provided to use a blind conveniently by producing the blind by using bamboo blind slats, to enable slope regulation and lifting regulation, to prevent the blind from being folded toward tied direction and to improve the appearance by manufacturing various blind slats. CONSTITUTION: Long and thin rods are manufactured by processing wood material(S1), and a bamboo blind is formed by plaiting long and thin rods(S2). The adhesive is spread on the front and the rear parts of the bamboo blind, and the bamboo blind is dried(S3). A bamboo blind slat is manufactured by cutting the coated bamboo blind(S4), and a through hole is formed in the bamboo blind slat for adjusting lifting. The blind is finished by assembling the bamboo blind slats(S5). |
