The device has a rotary drum (10) presenting a transversal blade with a tangential slicing edge (11, 12), where a series of the blade is positioned perpendicular to an axis of the drum. A tray is opened on the drum, according to a parallel plane with a plane passing by the axis. A mobile push rod is placed inside the tray, according to a perpendicular direction of the plane, to press a product to cut against the blades.
