PURPOSE: An apparatus for disinfecting, purifying and sterilizing water using sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) obtained when electrolyzing salt water in an electrolysis tank is provided. CONSTITUTION: The electrolysis tank for generating sodium hypochlorite comprises first mesh(44) which is installed at one side of the inner part of the electrolysis tank and made of titanium, on which a plurality of holes are formed, and an end of which is closed; second mesh(45) which is installed at the other side of the inner part of the electrolysis tank, one side of which is opened so that the second mesh encircles an outer part of the first mesh, on the front side of which a plurality of holes(45') are formed, and on the other side of which a discharge hole(48) is formed; a transparent pipe(43) which is installed on an outer part of the electrolysis tank, and to both ends of which flanges(90) are connected; an anode ray(45) connected to the flange at a side of inflow part(41); and a cathode ray(47) connected to the flange at a side of discharge part(42), wherein current is impressed to an inner part of the electrolysis tank so that sodium hypochlorite is generated by causing electrolysis.
