The device has an input for a signal Ve and two output terminals (3, 4) linked to terminals of a piezoelectric unit. An operational amplifier imposes voltage of a capacitive unit connected to the terminal (3) based on Ve. A measuring module on the terminal (4) measures a voltage Vm. A control unit receives Vm to control the operational amplifier for maintaining the voltage at the terminal (4), which is constant and equal to Vm. An Independent claim is also included for a scanner with a piezoelectric activator.
