BROADCAST METHOD OF DISASTER PREVENTION RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM BY USING PORTABLE TELEPHONE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable inhabitants registered to live in a predetermined area to listen broadcasting content even if they are in a area where amplified broadcasting from any areas including other areas cannot reach by using positional information of a portable telephone with a GPS function. SOLUTION: When inhabitants who live and are registered to live in an A area 20 have the portable telephones with GPS function and an administration office (an operation desk 10) transmits a broadcast audio signal to the A area, the administration office obtains current positional information from portable phones of all the inhabitants 22, 32 and 42 who are registered in the A area. The broadcast audio signal is transmitted to the nearest outdoor loudspeaker to the obtained current position specified from a plurality of outdoor loud speakers 21 installed in the A area which is the transmission target and instructs the outdoor loudspeaker to amplify broadcast audio.
