The present invention provides a system and method for delivering media. A system includes a routing server that interconnects a plurality of sender clients with a plurality of destination postal systems. The destination postal systems include a destination server operable to receive electronic media from the sender clients via a direct connection with the routing server. The destination postal system includes a device associated with the destination server that converts the electronic document into physical form, addresses and stamps it, and introduces the physical version of the document into the traditional postal system. |
