An electronic document editing program causes a computer to execute an image information coding acquisition procedure (7) for acquiring as code position information a code area indicating the position of a code (6) in the image information (3a, 3b, 3c) and a highlighted display procedure (8) for correlating the codes (6) in the code position information and the texts information (2) and for reading in at least the other code (6) and displaying it in highlighted mode on the computer screen when one of the codes (6) of the image information (3a, 3b, 3c) and the text information (2) is specified. Thus, it is possible to easily correlate the image information (3a, 3b, 3c) and the text information (2) constituting the electronic document (1) on the computer screen.
