PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device, an information providing method, an information providing system, and an information providing program capable of efficiently carrying out the provision of information corresponding to a request from a client. SOLUTION: The information providing device sends predetermined information to a terminal in response to each request sent from the terminal by a predetermined protocol via a network. It has an information acquiring means for carrying out a predetermined process in response to each request sent by the predetermined protocol and acquiring the predetermined information, and an information converting means for converting the predetermined data acquired by the information acquiring means into data responding to the predetermined protocol in accordance with a conversion rule defined per each piece of request identification information included in each request and identifying each request.
