PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secure keying apparatus for manual playing by intermittently driving a claw gear of a music box with a short stroke. SOLUTION: In explanation of rotation control of a claw gear 8, A1 is a standby position to sound a vibrating valve 2a and is stopped by a comb-shaped stopper 9. A claw 8b is forcibly rotated at Q°to a claw 8c by a stopper 13a (from A1 to A2), then rotated to a claw 8a with dead weight and stopped. In such a case, the comb-shaped stopper 9 stops claws 8 that returns to its original position with a force of a spring after the claw 8a of the claw gear 8 is rotated in the B direction and turned while breaking through the stopper 9.
