<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger with various kinds of services in a traveling train. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of in-vehicle terminals 2, 8 are connected with an in-vehicle server 6 provided in the train 1, a ground information provision system 13 is connected with the in-vehicle server in the train via radio communication and each in-vehicle terminal takes out and outputs a service required by the passenger from the ground information provision system via the in-vehicle server based on passenger's operation.
