<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image blur correcting camera having a high image blur correcting effect and capable of performing appropriate image blur correcting operation even to large camera shake. <P>SOLUTION: The correcting camera is equipped with an angular velocity sensor 10 detecting vibration and outputting a vibration detecting signal, a reference value arithmetic section (31) arithmetically calculating the reference value of the vibration detecting signal by using a low-pass filter, and a shake correcting mode selection switch 193 selecting whether or not to perform an image recovery mode in which image blur correction is performed by image recovery or preparation to perform the image blur correction by the image recovery is performed in addition to optical system image blur correcting operation for performing the image blur correction by using an image blur correcting lens 70. According to a selected condition by the image blur correction mode selection section, a driving control section 30 changes the cutoff frequency of a condition that the image blur correction mode selection section selects that the image recovery is performed to a high frequency side than the cutoff frequency of a condition that the image blur correction mode selection section selects that the image recovery is not performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
