PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent drop of a bobbin while facilitating its replacement. SOLUTION: An engaging face 2a of a knocking rod 1 and a fixed face A2 of an appliance body A are brought into pressure contact in an installation condition so that the knocking rod 1 cannot move in the direction of pulling out a long object C to support the bobbin B so as to prevent its moving even if the bobbin B rolls in accordance with pulling out of the long object C. In a non-installation condition in which the knocking rod 1 is moved in the downward direction, an opening part S for replacing bobbin is formed in the direction of pulling out the long object C of the bobbin B to take out the bobbin B without coming into contact with the knocking rod 1 and lifting the bobbin B.
