PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a construction that allows the center of gravity of the whole vehicle to be situated low in a rider's control type working vehicles with an engine arranged below a driver seat. SOLUTION: An engine 22 is arranged below a driver seat 20 with being inclined backward so that a crankcase 22a is positioned in the front side and a cylinder 22b in the rear side.
