PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gateway where assurance of high security of an information processing system network carrying a huge amount of information at high speed is a requirement, a gateway wherein high safety of a control system carrying a small information amount is a requirement, and a mobile network system wherein brought-in devices cause no fault to the information processing system network. SOLUTION: When a device of a brought-in system is connected to a brought-in system network 31 via interface devices 21 to 23 and a device of an OEM system is connected to an OEM system network via interface devices 61 to 63, functions of the respective devices expressed in a form of a service description format are registered and stored in a table provided on an information system gateway 41. A control system gateway 42 passes only information required for devices of the control system and shuts out the others so as to ensure the safety traveling for denoting the basic functions of a mobile body such as driving, turning and stopping.
