PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a feedthrough capacitor device whose manufacturing process is simplified. SOLUTION: Conductive member 12 is brought into contact with the feedthrough capacitor 11 by performing threading of the path 11b of the capacitor 11 to an aperture of the conductive member 12. By a first retainer 13 and a second retainer 14, the capacitor 11 and the conductive member 12 are clamped and supported. One end of the conductive member 12 is made to penetrate a printed wiring board 15 and soldered. The other end is soldered to a side plate 16 of a shielding case 17, thereby fixing the capacitor 11.
