PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accurate lens barrel by constituting the lens barrel so that the assembling and adjusting works can be facilitated, as a lens barrel wherein the movement of another lens group arranged between a plurality of lens groups is different from that of the plurality of lens groups. SOLUTION: The lens barrel is provided with 1st lens holding members 2, 4 and 5 which are made movable in an optical axis direction while holding the plurality of lens groups 200 and 400, a movable member 6 which is arranged radially outside the 1st lens holding members 2, 4 and 5 and is movable relative to the 1st lens holding member 5 in the optical axis direction, and a 2nd lens holding member 3 which is connected to the movable member 6 and holds another lens group 300 arranged between the plurality of lens groups 200 and 400.
