PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a device which can eliminate paper jam in the device with easy operations without using a mechanism to fasten detachably/attachably a stamping drum part and a platen part in a forgery preventing stamping device to utilize the fracture pattern to be obtained by bringing a forgery preventing stamping drum into pressure contact with the paper face, which can realize a simple mechanism, and which can adjust the distance between the stamping drum part and the platen part in order to obtain proper pressure contact force. SOLUTION: The problem can be solved by the following manner. An eccentric shaft 16 of a platen roller 17, which is arranged so as to confront with the stamping drum 5, is turned. Accordingly, the distance between the platen roller and the stamping drum can be changed. Also, jammed paper can be removed by opening between the platen roller and the stamping drum by turning the eccentric shaft of the platen roller. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
