PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further strengthen a function by providing the function for generating a centrifugal force by rotating blades of a suction fan provided in a cleaner or a dust collector, and by adding a centrifugal force barrier forming plate for utilizing the centrifugal force to separate dust, to suck dust in the gap where a suction nozzle cannot be put in or hidden dust by sucking dust away from the nozzle to certain extent in accordance with an exhaust air circulation type, and further to improve safety of rotary parts. SOLUTION: The present machine has the function for generating the centrifugal force by rotating blades 1 of the suction fan and is configured to separate dust and air with a physical force utilizing the function. In this machine, the centrifugal force is operated upon air around a suction port of the blades 1 of the suction fan to be an air suction port 3 of a dust separating part to make dust away from the air suction port and to drop dust into a dust reservoir 8 with the centrifugal force and gravity.
