<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID label making machine which is a device for making a required quantity of RFID labels when required, can be applied to respective kinds of printing methods from an RFID inlet being a single article and a label paper, and can paste the RFID inlet on the label paper by a high position accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The surface 10a which is a glue applying surface of a delayed tuck paper 10 is heated by a heater 12, and adhesion is imparted to a range B. When the delayed tuck paper is fed in the direction of arrow C, the RFID inlet 20 being a single article comes into contact with the range B.
