METHOD FOR PREPARING THREE-DIMENSIONAL SHAPE DATA BASED ON SKETCH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional (3D) shape data preparing method capable of generating three-dimensional shape data of a three-dimensional object to which designer's intention or images are reflected. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional shape data preparing method for preparing three-dimensional shape data of the three-dimensional object from a plurality of sketches on which the three-dimensional object is drawn comprises a first step for defining a three-dimensional distortion space having distortion on the basis of these sketches, a second step for defining outlines of the sketches in the three-dimensional distortion space and a third step for transforming the outlines in the three-dimensional distortion space into outlines in a three-dimensional orthogonal space.
