PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oil-feeding ports for an underground tank, of which the fitting work is easy to carry out. SOLUTION: The distant oil port 13 and the right above oil-feeding port 15 each have a first oil-feeding port 17 and a second oil-feeding port 18, and the base end surface of the first oil-feeding port 17 is joined to the front end surface of the second oil feeding port 18. A first collar 22 is formed around the base end of the first oil-feeding port 17, while a second collar 23 is formed around the front end of the second oil-feeding port 18. The base end surface of the first collar 22 forms a first sloped surface 24, which slopes against the plane perpendicular to the extending direction of the first oil-feeding port 17, while the front end surface of the second collar 23 forms a second sloped surface 25, which slopes against the plane perpendicular to the extending direction of the second oil-feeding port 18. A screw hole 27 is carved on the first collar 22 and on the second collar 23, and a fitting thread 28 is screwed into each screw hole 27 to fix the first and second collars 22, 23 together.
