PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating instrument which can improve the feeling of fit to a human body and feel good. SOLUTION: In the heating instrument equipped with a heating means which generates heat by power distribution, and a heating mat which places a heat storage material which is heated by the heating means and reserves heat in a storage bag, the heating means is characterized by fixing a sheet heating element with flexibility on a base sheet.
