PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition capable of improving touch of a textile product after washing. SOLUTION: This detergent composition comprises a lipase having an enzyme activity in which the ratio of an amount of a fatty acid formation from triolein after a substrate decomposition test to that from n-hexadecyl palmitate after the substrate decomposition test is 2.0 or more (mol ratio), a fatty acid/salt, and anα-sulfofatty acid alkyl ester salt or a specific nonionic surfactant.
