<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management system and a method for the same which are capable of performing work for incorporating a production schedule of repair parts ordered irregularly in small lots into a created production plan effectively without depending on help and of utilizing production competence effectively as well. <P>SOLUTION: A production plan creating part 205 checks whether or not received order data of new repair parts are stored in a received order data storage part 207 every other day (in the evening, for example) and, when the received order data of the new repair parts are stored, that is, there is new order received, production plan alternating processing for incorporating the production schedule of the newly accepted order of the repair parts into the production plan stored in the production plan storage part 206 is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
