<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system managing compliance to a standardized work plan and work procedures, and managing progress of the work in resolving a quality defect problem with respect to a product of a company. <P>SOLUTION: Source data from a terminal machine for resolving the quality defect problem and its analysis result data are registered in a work management file. It is provided with a theme target registering means (1), a target setting means (2), a problem characteristic value quantifying means (3), a first factor differential analysis registering means (4), a second factor differential analysis registering means (5), a factor analysis instruction registering means (6), an experiment evaluation instruction registering means (7), a multilevel experiment evaluation countermeasure registering means (8), a countermeasure evaluation confirmation registering means (9), and a standard work instruction registering means (10).
