RESIN IMPREGNATION SENSOR/REPAIR APPARATUS, AND RESIN IMPREGNATION REPAIR APPARATUS AND REPAIR METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect impregnation of a fibrous base material with a resin by a simple construction and repair an unimpregnated part by sucking the unimpregnated part. SOLUTION: A transparent sealed container 13 is connected to a metal tube 11 in communication with the tube through a flange 12. A fibrous substrate 103 is impregnated with a liquid resin R in the state of being covered with a bag film 105 through evacuation. For detection of impregnation with the resin, the metal tube 11 is inserted in the fibrous substrate 103 by breaking through the bag film 105. When the substrate 103 is impregnated with the liquid resin R to the depth halfway of its thickness (e.g. the impregnation part 103b) of the substrate, the liquid resin R oozes out into the transparent sealed container 13 through the internal space of the tube 11. The depth of impregnation can be detected by visually inspecting the liquid resin R thus oozing out. Further, the unimpregnated part 103 can be repaired by inserting the metal tube 11 in the unimpregnated part 103a and evacuating with a vacuum pump 14 to suck the liquid resin into the un-impregnated portion 103a.
