摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric ceramic composition which can be fired at a low temperature of &le;1,000&deg;C and has excellent piezoelectric characteristics and high heat resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric ceramic composition contains a main component expressed by compositional formula: Pb<SB>a</SB>(Zr<SB>b</SB>Ti<SB>c</SB>Mn<SB>d</SB>Ne<SB>e</SB>Sb<SB>f</SB>)O<SB>3+</SB>&delta; (wherein, 0.970&le;a&le;1.030, 0.440&le;b&le;0.520, 0.440&le;c&le;0.520, 0.0083&le;d&le;0.0233, 0.0067&le;e&le;0.0333, and 0.0033&le;f&le;0.0333, b+c+d+e+f=1, and &delta;=(2a+4b+4c+2d+5e+5f)&times;0.5-3) and, as sub-components, CuO, MgO and WO<SB>3</SB>. When the molar amounts of CuO, MgO and WO<SB>3</SB>per 1 mol of the main component are set to be g mol, h mol, and i mol, respectively, g, h, and i each satisfy following range: 0.0041&le;g&le;0.0819, 0.0081&le;h&le;0.0808, and 0.0014&le;i&le;0.0140. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
