PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely seal even if pressure is high inside the fluid passage of a tube as a sealed position and also increase a workability and securely seal when a seal tube is inserted into the fluid passage even if the fluid passage is curved. SOLUTION: When nitrogen gas is filled into seal tubes 112 and 114 to inflate the seal tubes 112 and 114 after a tube connection body 128 is inserted from a base body 14 side into the fluid passage of the tube, the intermediate portions of the seal tubes 112 and 114 in the longitudinal direction are pressed against the fluid passage through all the periphery thereof to seal the fluid passage. In this case, even if the fluid passage is curved, in the tube connection body 128, two seal tubes 112 and 114 are formed to be easily bent and curved starting near a connection base body 116. Accordingly, when the tube connection body 128 is inserted into the fluid passage, the tube connection body 128 can be easily bent so as to be positioned along the fluid passage. As a result, an operation for inserting the seal tubes 112 and 114 into the fluid passage can be facilitated, and a sealability by the seal tubes 112 and 114 against the curved fluid passage can be increased.
