There is provided an input data check control part that compares an input data with radix point checked words (Steps 64 and 65), and performs a warning when the input data is a radix point checked word and no radix point has been added to the numeric data of the input data (Step 66). This prevents erroneous inputs of coordinate data or the like that are likely to occur during a manual programming of the manipulation program of an NC machine tool, and facilitates detection of such erroneous inputs.
