<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a device for recording changes in the state of use of electric power and temperatures to private power receiving facilities on the side of demand for electric power, to record both changes in the quantity of electric power consumed hour by hour and the temperatures of outside air, and to collect and process their data. <P>SOLUTION: In the apparatus for measuring the quantity of electric power consumed, the private power receiving facilities on the side of demand for electric power are provided with a main device 1; a combination instrument (WHM) 3 for power demand; a pulse output port 4 from the WHM 3; and a pulse output circuit 5 to which pulse detection CT15 of a detecting/recording device 10 is connected. Data stored in the main device 1 is collected through the use of a handy-type data collecting device 20. The data is inputted to a data processing device such as a personal computer 25 and utilized as data for controlling electric power usage and as data for saving electric power and energy in the private power receiving facilities and for reducing electric utility rates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
