<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive solar cell module provided with fire resistant sealing material superior in transparency, adhesion, rubber elasticity and long-period stability, and excellent fire resistance, anti-scratching, electric insulation and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module seals both of a front face side and a rear face side of solar cells 104 connecting a plurality of solar cell elements in series or in parallel between a fire resistant front face protection member 101 and an incombustible rear face protection member 102 with an adhesive resin sealing material. At least the front face side adhesive resin sealing materials (102 and 105) are fire resistant sealing materials by adding SiO2 impalpable powder of particle diameter of 0.001μm to 1.0μm surface-treated with vinyl group contained alkoxylan and alkylation silicone compound in a part thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
