PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct winding method of a distributed winding stator which can suppress the upsizing of a stator as a whole, and the stator. SOLUTION: In the direct winding method of conductor wire, when a small coil 10, a middle coil 11 and a large coil 12 which constitute a U phase of a three-phase motor 40 are formed, and when each number of turn of each of the coils is desired to be equal by using three conductor wires 46 whose number of windings is 21 turns, each of the coils is formed by using one conductor wire 46, respectively. When the small coil 10, the middle coil 11 and the large coil 12 are formed, and, when the number of turns of each of the coils is desired to be equal by using thirteen conductor wires 46, a prescribed conductor wire is shared between two coils which are formed continuously, and the number of turns is adjusted for every two coils.
