PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assembling accuracy of a securing member to a supporting member. SOLUTION: A clip 30 is engaged in a peripheral edge of a long hole 32 formed in an inner panel 18 by making a support 46 of the clip 30 downward, and a lock claw 41 of the clip 30 upward so that the clip 30 can be securely engaged in the peripheral edge of the long hole 32 in the inner panel 18 with the lock claw 41 which elastically deforms. The support 46 at a lower side of the clip 30 to which the load of a door glass 12 acts does not elastically deform like the lock claw 41, therefore an assembled position of the door glass 12 does not move downward with respect to the inner panel 18.
