PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembly working efficiency by dispensing with a switching mechanism of a fan rotation direction. SOLUTION: A fan 16 for cooling engines is provided. A dustproof net 11 is extended to a cooling wind intake 12. An operation means is provided, which provides a blade 19 of the fan 16 so that it can be freely switched to a cooling posture for generating wind so that the wind passes the dustproof net 11 in a direction for cooling an engine along with the rotation of the fan 16 in one direction, or a dustproof posture for generating wind so that wind passes in a direction opposite to the dustproof net 11 along with the rotation of the fan 16 in one direction, and switches the posture of the blade 19.
