PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device for an internal combustion engine capable of performing good fuel injection control even right after cold start of the internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The fuel injection control device for the internal combustion engine calculates a weighted average valueαfrom a fuel direct transport ratio initial value f10(WT) established right after start of the internal combustion engine and direct transport ratio f1(WT) according to temperature change of the internal combustion engine, and a weighted average value X from an evaporating fuel valve part evaporation ratio initial value f40(WT) and valve part evaporation ratio f4(WT) according to temperature change of the internal combustion engine (S140), and direct transport quantity TB(n)Xαand valve part evaporation transport quantity TTRNSX(n) based on the each weighted valueα, X. Port wall part evaporation transport quantity TTRNSY(n) is calculated based on port wall part evaporation ratio Y according to temperature change of the internal combustion engine (S142, S146). A collection value is calculated from differenceΔT(n) between base injection quantity TB(n) and estimated transport quantity TTRNS(n) which is sum of the direct transport quantity, the valve part evaporation transport quantity, port wall part evaporation transport quantity, and actual injection quantity TINJ(n) is calculated (S144).
