PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid detergent composition not worsening a low temperature stability, protecting a deterioration of a detergency of the composition by water dilution and enabling the extraction of the maximum detergency at a low cost. SOLUTION: The liquid detergent composition contains (a) a surfactant of 20-60 mass%, (b-1) a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate, with an average addition mol number of ethylene oxide of≤2.4, of 5-50 mass%, (c) a semi-polar surfactant of 1-20 mass% and further (d) a pH value after subtracting a pH value of the original liquid from a pH value when the composition is diluted by water to 5 wt.%, is≤0.8 at 25°C.
