PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a set-up box which enables appropriate multi-stacking and can be easily assembled/disassembled. SOLUTION: This set-up box is provided with a bottom plate 22, a front side plate, a rear side plate, left and right side plates, coupling plates 31-34, and left and right top plates; the front side plate and the rear side plate each are composed of outside plates 37 and 40 and inside plates 39 and 42; the left and right top plates are composed of outer top plates 58 and 62 and inner top plates 59 and 63; and the left and right side plates are composed of outside plates 48 and 50 and inside plates 49 and 51. The plates 59 and 63 are folded along fold lines 52 and 53, so that the inside plates 49 and 51 can be superposed on the inside surfaces of the outside plates 48 and 50; the whole shape is formed like a flat plate in a state wherein the left and right side plates each are folded by being superposed on the bottom plate 22; the respective side plates are raised up so as to be perpendicular to the bottom plate; a side edge of a front inside plate and that of a rear inside plate each are engaged with inner surfaces of the left and right side plates; the left and right top plates are folded along the fold lines so that both side edges of the left and right top plates each can be engaged with an upper edge of the front side plate and that of the rear side plate; so that the assembly like a box-shape can be brought about wherein the top plates are provided at both ends.
