PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide frozen confectionery having both of advantages of ice cream and ice, and also easily producible. SOLUTION: The frozen confectionery is obtained by simultaneously ejecting both of a mixture forming an ice layer and a mixture forming an ice cream layer so as to come in contact with each other in order to form ice layers, and thereby laminating at least two ice cream layers and at least one ice layer(s) on each other.
