PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing device for a wiring/piping material with which the wiring/piping material can be reliably drawn out. SOLUTION: The packing device 1 includes a corrugated fiberboard box 3 for receiving a rolled bundle 1a of a water pipe 1 made of a synthetic resin material so that the bundle 1a can rotate in the circumferential direction. The box 3 is made of a rectangular hexahedron, and a draw-out portion 3c for drawing out the water pipe 1 sequentially from its end is provided on one of peripheral surfaces X among four box peripheral surfaces 3b and 3b opposite to the outer peripheral surface 1c of the bundle 1a. The draw-out portion 3c is provided at the center in the direction orthogonal to the rotary shaft center J of the bundle 1a on one peripheral surface X.
