PURPOSE: A structure for installing a rear-view mirror for vehicles is provided to prevent the rear-view mirror from being easily separated from a vehicle body by firmly fixing the rear-view mirror to the vehicle body. CONSTITUTION: A structure for installing a rear-view mirror for vehicles is composed of a tail gate(100) disposed at the rear of the vehicle, a flip-up glass(110) coupled to the top of the tail gate by a hinge, hinge units(200) coupled to the top of the tail gate and the flip-up glass respectively, and the rear-view mirror(210) integrally fixed to the hinge units.
