<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue a card obtained by collecting optional sorts of cards from a plurality of sorts of cards by user's specification, and to automatically inform issue sources of cards to be integrated of the invalidity of the cards in the case of integrating different sorts of cards into one card. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic transaction device capable of automatically performing financial transactions by using a user's card comprises a registration means for previously registering information concerned with different sorts of cards allowed to be received by the device, a means for deciding whether a card inserted into the device by the user is receivable or not by referring to the registering means, a selection means for allowing the user to select target cards to be integrated into one card from a plurality of received cards, an invalidation means for invalidating the functions of the cards integrated into one card, and a means for ejecting the integrated card. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
